Your role as an affiliate will be to help businesses get interested and educated about ERC. Once you submit these qualified leads, Omega will handle the rest.

How to Get Started

While you're expected to communicate with businesses about the ERC and determine the possibility of their eligibility, Omega will conduct the full impact-study and take over the process once submitted as a referral.

  • Step 1

    Log in or register for a referral plan with our
    easy-to-use web app

  • Step 2

    Submit the client or business you have identified as a
    referral for ERC

  • Step 3

    Once you make a referral, an Omega specialist will take over and ensure that your referral is eligible for the ERC refund

  • Step 4

    Depending on which plan you've chosen, you get paid after filing or refund collection

Process Overview

Omega follows a rigorous process to ensure that your referral gets the maximum benefit from the ERC program.

Submitting Leads

When you register for a plan, you will have access to our referral web app to submit leads to Omega after you have qualified them. This app will also allow you to track the stage of your leads as they progress through the following steps.

After You Submit a Lead

  • Step 1

    Omega specialists will contact your referral to gather information and documents. This will help them ascertain if the business is eligible for the ERC refund.

  • Step 2

    Omega’s experts will then work with eligible employers, thoroughly reviewing their financial records to calculate the expected ERC refund. Our experts fill the necessary forms on behalf of the business, while also preparing and retaining all supporting documentation.

  • Step 3

    The Omega team will handle the preparation, auditing, and assistance in filing 941-X amended returns (ERC tax forms) for your referral.

  • Step 4

    Your referral will receive their ERC refund check directly from the IRS. However, please note that due to government backlog, it is typically taking 6 to 9 months for businesses to receive their ERC refund.
